Bigger badder version 2

Yes it’s true! We are getting ready to roll-out version two of Japanese Accelerator! So, what’s new in Version 2? A whole bunch of cool stuff, actually:

New easier to use interface.
Lessons are now ordered from easiest to hardest, and are meant to be completed in a particular progression.
The more lessons you complete, the more new lessons you unlock.
Audio vocabulary lists are included as part of each lesson.

In Version 2, we are also planning to include some extra goodies to help anyone who is completely new to Japanese to get started quickly.

Proposing a location for a get-together

In this simulation you will learn how to suggest a location for a get-together. In casual Japanese, it is common to append the words “wa dou?” or just “wa?” to the end of a suggestion. For example, if someone asked for your input on when to hold a party and you wanted to suggest tomorrow (”ashita” in Japanese) you could say “Ashita wa dou?” or simply “Ashita wa?”

Hopefully you’ll never have to personally use what you learn here (or be on the receiving end!) but it just might come in handy the next time you overhear your boss unleash his fury.
